When departing you need to activate the alarm. Proceed as follows:
1) Close all doors and windows including the Main Bedroom door.
2) Exit out through the Entrance door and lock it and the security gate.
3) Press the white button on the remote to arm the alarm.
We trust that you have enjoyed your stay at C-Side Apartment. Check-out time is 10am unless you have made arrangements for a later departure.
Cleaning of the apartment may only happen the day after your departure. Please complete the following steps as best as you can to ensure that everything is secure after you leave.
1) Ensure that all external doors are locked.
2) Ensure that all lights have been turned off.
3) Ensure that all windows are closed and latched.
4) Ensure that all furniture is placed inside the house.
5) Ensure that you have packed all your belongings. If you have small kids, check under and behind the beds in case they have left one of their beloved toys there. They will be heartbroken after you leave.
6) Please remember to set the alarm after you lock up and return the keys to Gladiator Security.
