Arrival Information

Arrival...

• Park in the No 6 carport. 
• No parking on the driveway. Additional parking is provided by the storerooms. 
• Proceed to the security gate at No 6. 
• Deactivate the alarm then open the lock with the key provided to you. 
• Finally, unlock and open the Entrance Door. (You may need a flashlight if it is dark). 

The Keys

The apartment’s keys contain a single remote with multiple buttons. 

• The blue button is for the Mariner Mews complex sliding gate, 
• the red button is the panic - connected to Gladiator Security and 
• the white button is for arming and disarming the alarm. 

To arm/disarm using the remote, stand at the entrance door and press the white button. You will hear two beeps to indicate that the alarm has been deactivated.

On arrival at C-Side please check the following items:

•       Is the apartment clean?

•       Is the stove clean?

•       Is the fridge turned on and working?

•       Is the stove turned on and working?

•       Is the TV and Dstv turned on and working?

If any of the above is found not to be in order please advise us immediately.
