1) If you are paying by online bank transfer, we require a 50% deposit before any booking is considered to be confirmed.

2) We require full payment on a booking, at the time of booking, if the arrival date is within 30 days of the booking date or you are paying by credit card!

3) If you are paying by online bank transfer, we require payment of the entire balance outstanding, on every booking, 30 days prior to arrival.

4) We do not allow cancellations except for medical or legal reasons. Then we only do a 50% refund if cancellation is beyond 30 days prior to arrival, otherwise, there is no refund.

5) We allow guests to postpone, at no charge, to a future available date!

6) We do allow guests to pay off their booking fees. If you are a returning guest we are willing to make a payment plan for the full amount. If you are a first-time guest and pay by online bank transfer we require a 50% deposit and the balance paid off over the agreed terms.
